Format
​Coaching sessions are conducted online via Google Meet.
Sessions are held via secure video conferencing. This allows for focused, uninterrupted work without the need for travel.
Each session lasts 60 minutes.
Sessions are typically scheduled [weekly / bi-weekly / as agreed], depending on your needs and availability.
Sessions are one-to-one and take place by appointment.
Session Structure
Each session begins with a brief check-in to clarify what is present and relevant, and to tie loose ends from the previous session. The session then focuses on slowing down, clarifying the situation at hand, and working with attention and bodily awareness to support clear thinking and deliberate action.

The ongoing conversation may include:

identifying points of tension, uncertainty, or conflict

clarifying what matters in the present situation

considering next steps that are grounded and sustainable
Each session concludes with a short reflection on what has been learned. The coachee is invited to name what stands out and to decide how the session is brought to a close.
Fees
Orientation
A one-time introductory package of three 60-minute coaching sessions .
This option is intended for initial orientation and to assess whether ongoing work is appropriate. (flexible scheduling)
Fee: $249 (total)

Stabilization
A package of six 60-minute coaching sessions with flexible scheduling
​This option supports continued work once direction and footing have been established.
Fee: $499 (total)
Ongoing Support
Monthly billing with two 60-minute coaching sessions per month. Minimum commitment: six months
This option establishes a steady rhythm of continuous support and allows for ongoing work over time. This option is recommended to let trust grow deeper over time, an essential element to do truly deep transformational work.
Fee: $149 per month for six months

Onboarding Process
Initial Contact
You send a message using the contact form. A phone call is then arranged to clarify your situation and determine whether working together is a good fit.

Agreement and Payment
If we decide to proceed, payment is completed and a coaching contract is set up before sessions begin.
Shared Working Document
You receive access to a shared Google document. This document serves as an ongoing space for notes, reflections, and communication between sessions.
First Session (Intake)
The first session functions as an intake session. It is an opportunity to get to know each other, clarify intentions, and establish ground rules and a working basis of trust.
Ongoing Coaching
Coaching then continues in a regular, ongoing rhythm, based on the agreed format.
Boundaries
This work is offered as coaching, not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
Coaching sessions focus on present-moment awareness, clarity, and decision-making. They do not involve diagnosis, treatment of mental health conditions, or crisis intervention.
Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions. Coaching supports reflection, discernment, and deliberate choice, but does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or pastoral care.
Sessions take place within agreed professional boundaries and according to the coaching contract.
